"Service at the facillity was good. Was allowed to check in early. Customer service rep was cordial and even tempered. Type of room I reserved was not the room I ended up with. Some adjustments were made at checkout. Not all issues were resolved to my satisfaction. Not told about Senior Citizen rate (asked for it but it does not show on my receipt), not satisfied with explanation for not repairing the mal-functioning room entry door. Travelling companion was given a senior citizen discount of .40 cents for his party's room. Could have been a mistake in the decimal point placement. Having said that I still enjoyed my stay, I have certaintly seen much worse."
